PRODUCTION

Production and Quality Control

In our manufacturing facilities, distributed in the province of Ascoli Piceno, Macerata and Fermo, we produce our articles in TR, TPU, RUBBER, POLYURETHANE, EVA and MICROLIGHT.
We also have another department where we produce pre-trimmed soles in leather, micro and eva.
This production line allows us to deliver also small quantity orders. In each of our manufacturing laboratory we apply a strict production quality control.
Every line of production is daily controlled by expert employees: from reception of raw materials to the ﬁnishing and packing of ﬁnal products.

Prototype development and new mould

From the maquette, we ﬁrst proceed with the development of model, then with the mould construction till the ﬁnal production of soles.
Material is always selected according to the type of project and to customer necessity.

DESIGN AND PROTOTYPING

Research and Design

Through our creative team, we collect and elaborate for every season, mood, trends, colors, materials and images of new products from which we develop our new proposals and sketches for new collections. We have several platforms for trends forecast and attend bespoken presentations of trends.
We make business trips to be always updated on latest trends and through a photographic report, we extrapolate for each customer, the best themes to develop into the next season.

Customized Projects

We create and develop customized projects giving the possibility to develop also lasts and the ﬁrst prototype of uppers.
Starting from a ﬁrst brieﬁng with the customer to understand their needs expectations, we proceed with the creation of sketches, renderings and ﬁnally maquette.
